We accept bookings via phone and email. By creating a booking with Thermography Clinic Vancouver®, each patient is accepting our terms & conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that Thermography Clinic Vancouver has a 48-hour cancellation policy (2 business days).
We require at least 48 hours notice of any cancellations or changes to appointments, otherwise a cancellation or missed appointment fee maybe requested.
If your appointment is on Monday, please make sure you let us know by Friday 5pm.
Please note that thermography services are non-refundable after the scan has been conducted. To cancel your booking, please give us a call (if you can’t get through, please make sure to leave us a voicemail) or email us at info@breastthermography.ca
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment for services is to be paid in full at the end of your Thermography appointment. We accept cash, e-transfer, debit, Visa & Mastercard.
